本工程主要内容包括： 1）竞赛村内龙跃路、顾高公路交界口增设新村标；龙曹路、华东路交界口增设新村标。 2）竞赛村内7队原有道板砖停车场约600平方米，对有原有停车位改造提升扩建、增设停车数量。 3）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13队宅间道路更新面积约15000平方米，宅间道路两侧院墙美化约400平方米。 4）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10队公共区域雨污水改造及前期镇里通过CCTV检测发现的竞赛村内缺陷点位修复。 5）竞赛村综合文化活动中心屋面修缮约500平方米、墙面美化和内装修缮450平方米；村民学校内装修缮约160平方米。 6）竞赛村垃圾收运站墙面以及地面提升。 7）顾高公路两侧绿化提升面积约2200平方米、绿化两侧栏杆提升、花池提升长度约400米。 8）竞赛村内白羊沟、西小沟、座宅沟、淘米沟、后大沟、奚家沟、龙潭沟、八仙沟两侧绿化整治提升长度约2000米。 9）竞赛村内6、7队一座桥梁12、13队九座桥梁共计十座桥进行品质提升。 10）竞赛村内4、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13队宅前屋后小三园提升共计面积约8000平方米。 本项目总投资1400万元，其中：建安费1200万元。为确保项目顺利实施，拟开展勘察（勘察、测量、物探）服务。采购方式为“择优选取”。 2、勘察费计费标准：总勘测费（勘察、测量、物探）控制价：21.28万元（其中勘察10万元、测量9.82万元、物探1.46万元），最终以工程审计核定工程量，按实结算。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
