style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（4）投标人的高级管理人员（包括法定代表人/单位负责人、公司董事长、公司副董事长、公司总经理、公司副总经理、公司总会计师/公司财务总监）为同一人或存在交叉任职的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标。

style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（7）本次招标不接受转包及违法分包。
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（8）本项目接受代理商投标，若供应商为代理商，服务器和等保设备应满足以下要求：
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">①应提供制造商出具的针对本项目的唯一代理授权证明文件并承诺对代理商投标承担连带责任；
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">②本项目仅允许代理唯一制造商投标，且该制造商不得再自行投标或再委托其它投标人投标。

style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（1）为招标人不具有独立法人资格的附属机构（单位）；
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（2）被依法暂停或取消投标资格的；
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（3）被责令停产停业、暂扣或者吊销许可证、暂扣或者吊销执照；
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（4）进入清算程序，或被宣告破产，或其他丧失履约能力的情形；
style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify; height: 22pt; text-indent: 21.1pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">（5）在最近三年内（自2023年1月1日起）被相关行业主管部门或司法机关认定有骗取中标、严重违约、重大工程质量或者重大工程安全问题（以相关行业主管部门的行政处罚决定或司法机关出具的有关法律文书为准）的；
